Heath Screening events held in 2017.
Through our Community engagement program (funded by Awards for All), we bring free health screening events to members of the community. Our Health Checks are free and highlight possible areas of concern following health checks, signpost, and provide those tested with a screening card showing results that can be taken to GP surgeries or provided to other health professionals for further guidance and advice.
